Book PRADA CATWALK

KNIHY

Founded as a luxury leather goods house in 1913 in Milan, Prada entered fashion in 1979 when Miuccia Prada took over the management of the family company.
After initially focusing exclusively on accessories, she will present the house's first fashion collection in 1988 and will soon transform Prada into one of the world's most influential luxury brands with a deeply personal, sophisticated and unusual approach. The publication, which examines the individual collections in chronological order, begins with a brief history of the fashion house, followed by a short biographical profile of Miuccia Prada.
Each collection is presented with a short text that reveals its influences and highlights. The collection is then complemented by a gallery of carefully selected photographs from the catwalk, which feature hundreds of magnificent clothing, details, accessories, scenography and, of course, the top models who showed them at the show. The book also contains a rich reference section.
