Shipping
We process orders immediately as soon as we received them. You are continuously informed by e-mail about the progress of the processing of your order. We offer the possibility of picking up the ordered goods in the delive design store in Prague free of charge or sending via the Czech Post or GLS within the Czech Republic. To some countries we send orders via UPS or GLS. You choose the method of transport after adding the goods to the cart and selecting to which country you would like us to send it. Costs connected with packing and delivery are determined based on the type, dimensions, and weight of the goods and on the chosen manner and place of delivery of the goods. If the cost of delivery cannot be determined in advance (this mainly concerns delivery outside of the Czech Republic), it may be charged to the customer subsequently.
Payment in cash or by card in the deelive design store
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. If you come to pick up the goods in person, you can pay in cash or by credit card at the delive design store, Smetanovo nábřeží 334/4, Prague 1.
Payment by faster bank transfer
We offer the option of payment by faster bank transfer free of charge, where you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway that will connect you to your bank or a QR code will help you to entry easier the payment details. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
Card payment
When paying by bank card, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where you will make the payment by entering your card details. You will also find a link to the payment gateway in the email notifying you that we have received your order. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
Bank transfere
Please pay via wire transfer to our bank account. Use order ID as a variable symbol for payment identification. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
