The size of the glove indicates the length of the circumference of the hand over the slightly arched joints. A measuring tape, string or paper strip is used for the measurement, which is wrapped around the fist of the right hand over slightly arched joints, without the thumb. The measured circumference of the hand is transferred to a glove scale and the length indicates the size of the glove.
Here are some tips to make size measurement accurate:
- Follow the picture below where values in centimeters (cm) are given.
- Convert the measured hand circumference in cm to the size of gloves according to the table below.
- Example: The measurement of the circumference of the hand is 20 cm, so in the table the size corresponds to 7.5“. The correct glove size according to this example is 7.5”.
