Jakub Berdych Karpelis comments on contemporary social and cultural prejudices with a conceptual design with a "Qubusian" sense of irony, self-irony and sarcasm. The first limited series of bucket-shaped Unnamed vases by Jakub Berdych Karpelis dates from 2017. The author has been working with buckets since 2010, when he presented glass vases staked into plastic buckets. By removing the content of the bucket and shrinking it, it got its current shape. Unnamed vases have always carried strong messages. Historically, messages were written on the vase that glossed interpersonal relationships or an approach to life. Mysterious messages addressed to humanity were later replaced by a straightforward multiplied LOVE message. The popular vase has acquired a number of color variants and material designs. The Unnamed Golden Touch collection is typically handwritten in gold, signed by the author and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The limited edition includes only 10 pieces.
