Painted Chod pottery is one of the most classic folk decoration techniques in the Czech Republic. It comes from the area around Domažlice, where it has always been a part of many households. But as the distinctive decor disappeared from our homes, the Chod pottery became more of a collector's item. According to the ÓDA studio, the multi-colored painting is only converted to white, which is a bit embossed thanks to a specific technique. We may not see it at first glance, but if we hold it in our hands, we will discover all its beauty. The floral motifs were partly taken from the classic Chod costume and are characterized by rich and cheerful colors.
