Black and white, woman and man, old and new. Opposites are sought and attracted and a beautiful handshake connects them.
The author is Blanka Šperková, an illustrator, jeweler and film animator who has been knitting wire objects since the 1970s. The only tools she uses to make jewelry are her fingers. The main inspiration for these works, reminiscent of fine lace, was for the designer the traditional techniques of Slovak tinkers.
