Lenka’s clothing brand Cockerel was born in 2011 from the desire to project her own vision on art and fashion, which started off as a collection of knitted sweaters for both men and women at the DOX centre of Contemporary Art in Prague. Thanks to hard work and commitment Cockerel has grown since then, but its unique approach remains the same: bold colours, quality fine materials (consisting primarily of wool, cotton and silk) clean lines and simple forms are the label’s signature. Lenka’s interest on dominant Czech trends like glassware and porcelain and the element of clothing combined has brought us interesting new collections like the latest fall/winter 2018/19 selection of vivid 100% wool, hand-knitted vases.
